1.3. Continued use of the Site, browsing, or purchasing products/services constitutes the User’s agreement to the Site’s terms of use.

1.4. The authoritative and updated version of the terms of use is the one published on the Site. Users are advised to review these terms before using the Site. If a User does not agree to the terms or is under 18 years of age, they must refrain from using the Site and cease use immediately.

1.5. These terms of use do not replace the terms of use, privacy policies, or regulations of any site or page that may be accessible or linked through this Site, including collaborative sites and/or linked sites and/or any separate domain sites accessible from this Site (“Linked Sites”). If a User is directed to browse or use Linked Sites or if the Service or purchase is conducted through Linked Sites, the use will also be subject to their specific terms in addition to the terms of use of this Site, and it is recommended to review them separately.

1.6. In case of any conflict between the content of the Site and these terms of use, the provisions of the terms of use will prevail.

1.7. The terms of use are cumulative and not alternative. They are intended to coexist and not to limit one another.

1.8. The use of masculine language in these terms of use is for convenience only. For the avoidance of doubt, any reference in the masculine and/or singular is also applicable to the feminine and/or plural, as appropriate.

  1. Use of the Site

2.1. The Site is used for viewing, purchasing, and providing services related to internet packages abroad via eSIM.

2.2. The Site reserves the right to add or modify the products and services offered on the Site. Specific terms may apply to new products/services in the future, but unless otherwise specified, the current terms of use will apply.

2.3. Use of the Site’s products, whether in whole or in part, in countries/destinations listed on the Site. Data packages may be one time, for a defined period, or recurring, according to the offerings detailed on the Site. The list of regions and packages provided is detailed on the Site and may change without prior notice. The Site operates in many countries, but there are countries where operations are limited or not possible, and the User should check the Site periodically.

2.4. Once the eSIM is activated on a mobile device, it cannot be canceled or refunded, and the User agrees to the terms of use of the Site and the eSIM.

2.5. The Site reserves the right to restrict certain uses and/or add or remove countries/destinations from the list of available ones without prior notice and without assuming responsibility for any damages resulting from this.

2.6. The eSIM can be installed only once and only on one mobile device, and can only be used on that same mobile device to which it was initially downloaded. After installing the eSIM, it cannot be transferred to another mobile device, and under no circumstances can it be refunded or the balance transferred to another device.

2.7. The Site’s service is available only on mobile devices that support eSIM technology and are open to using foreign eSIMs – it is the User’s responsibility to ensure their device supports eSIM technology.

2.8. It is the User’s responsibility to ensure before traveling abroad that their mobile device supports the frequency bands of local networks.

2.9. If it is found that the User’s device does not support eSIM technology, the User will not be entitled to a refund for their purchase.

2.10. It is the User’s responsibility to arrange an alternative solution for any period of their stay abroad if the Site’s service is unavailable. The Site’s products and services are sold as-is, and the User will not raise any claims or demands for any loss, damage, or indirect damage resulting from use or non-use of the Service, and hereby fully and finally releases the Site and/or its representatives from any such claims, demands, damages, and losses.
